To help celebrate 20 years of Manchester School of Architecture, we were asked to print a range of literature to promote the School of Art Degree Show. The Degree Show is an inspiring event that celebrates the talent and creativity of final year students at Manchester School of Art. The Show will feature a diverse range of art, design, media and architecture work.
The brief was to print a range of posters, leaflets and documents using three special inks; metallic gold, process yellow and reflex blue produced on the Heidelberg litho press. The artwork was supplied to us in separate artwork files, leaving the studio to prepare the artwork to be suitable for press. At this stage, we worked in conjunction with the designer Malcolm Garrett at Images & Co as well as directly with the University to ensure the finished product gave the desired result.
The suite of literature was printed on a range of G.F Smith Colorplan Bright White stocks from 135gsm through to 350gsm.
